Refund Policy
At ONAA Skincare, we take pride in the quality of our products. Your satisfaction matters to us, and we’re here to help if something goes wrong with your order.
1. Returns Eligibility
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of skincare products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product is opened or used.
We accept returns only if:

You received a damaged product,

You received the wrong item, or

Your order arrived with items missing.
2. Refunds

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

In case of COD orders, refunds will be provided via bank transfer or store credit.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
3. Replacement Option
Instead of a refund, you can also choose to get a replacement product if available.
4. How to Request a Refund/Return

Email us at support@onaaskincare.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID, photos of the product, and the packaging.

Once verified, we’ll guide you through the return/refund process.
5. Non-Returnable Items

Used or opened products.

Products purchased during sale/discount periods.

Gift cards or promotional items.
6. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order, provided they have not yet been shipped.

Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
