Shipping Policy

At ONAA Skincare, we want to make sure your order reaches you quickly, safely, and with care.

1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Within India

  • Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days (depending on location).

  • Express Delivery: 1–3 business days (available in select cities at an additional cost).

  • Shipping Fee:

    • Free shipping on orders above ₹999.

    • A flat fee of ₹79 will apply on orders below ₹999.

3. International Shipping 

  • Currently, we ship only within India.

  • International shipping will be announced soon—stay tuned!

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS to monitor your delivery.

5. Delays

  • While we work with trusted delivery partners, delays may occur due to unforeseen reasons (weather, strikes, courier issues, etc.).

  • If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 days, please contact us at support@onaaskincare.com.

6. Address Changes

  • Once your order is shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed. Please ensure your address details are correct at checkout.

7. Damaged or Missing Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged or an item is missing, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll help resolve the issue.
