At ONAA Skincare, we want to make sure your order reaches you quickly, safely, and with care.
1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Shipping Within India

Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days (depending on location).

Express Delivery: 1–3 business days (available in select cities at an additional cost).

Shipping Fee:

Free shipping on orders above ₹999.

A flat fee of ₹79 will apply on orders below ₹999.

3. International Shipping

Currently, we ship only within India.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS to monitor your delivery.
5. Delays

While we work with trusted delivery partners, delays may occur due to unforeseen reasons (weather, strikes, courier issues, etc.).

6. Address Changes

Once your order is shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed. Please ensure your address details are correct at checkout.
7. Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged or an item is missing, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll help resolve the issue.
